Another fresh F-100. This is a recent build with only 15 miles on it. The pickup is very solid with very nice paint and body. A more modern S-10 frame was used in the build for better steering, better ride and saftey. These frames are a very popular alternative now days because the parts are readily available. The stance of the truck is awesome and it rides very well also. The powerplant is a 383 stroker using a 1972 010 casting 350 block. The engine is optioned with a Durshine intake manifold, Holley 4 barrel carb, coated headers, GM heavy duty ignition contol box and coil an aluminum radiator and electric fan. Power steering and power disc brakes make the truck a snap to drive. The transmission is a 350 turbo automatic with a stock S-10 rear axle. On the inside the truck is really eye catching... its all new with grey and black materials. The builder used a flaming river chrome tilt column and a chrome plated custom steering wheel with a black half wrap. An aftermarket gauge panel was used with Omega Custom Instruments. All of the lights and gauges are in working order also. The builder cleaned everything up under the hood in preperation of putting vintage heat and air on the truck, he sold it before doing so. Inside the bed is the acess point to get to the fuel filler, the bed floor was finished in a wood laminate material that looks great.
