This one just in... 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle, Resto Mod/ pro tour car. This one is as nice as you will find! Starting with an all original panel rust free body the car is as straight as ive ever seen. The Dark Cherry paint on the Chevelle is as slick as you will find anywhere. (One of the best we have ever had) Again rust free with a very nicley detailed undercarraige with no rust of patch work. The car was off the frame restored with only 400 miles on the clock since its completion. The chrome and britework is new or restored and the rubber is all new. The glass is very nice and original to the car with the exception of the windshield. The powerplant is a 383 stroker with Vortec heads, electronic ignition, roller rockers, studs and guide plates. Coated headers were used as well as an Edelbrock Carb and Polished Air Gap Intake. Billet Specialties valve covers and air cleaner were added to round out the look. The Chevelle was fitted with power steering, 4 wheel power disc brakes and Vintage A/C. For that complete hot rod feel the engine was mated to a Tremec 5 speed backed by a 12 bolt 4:10 Posi rear axle. All of the suspension was rebuilt front and rear, on the rear aftermarket control arms were used as well as sway bars on both ends. The final look was achieved with the stance and the Billet Specialties Chicayne 20x10 and 18x8 inch wheels wrapped in new speed rated radials. Moving to the inside... the black bucket seat interior is all new, A tilt column was chosen as well as all of the factory gauges an SS car would have including the "knee knocker" tach. Hurst supplied the the manual shifter and an aftermarket stereo was also installed neatly under the dash. Front and rear seat belts were also added for saftey. Everything is very neat and highly detailed on this car. This is one of those cars that stands alone in a crowd, Dont miss it...
